Transparent fees

Notary Public fees in Singapore β€” fixed & regulated

Notarial fees in Singapore are set by law, so the price is the same wherever you go. Here's the full breakdown β€” plus the statutory apostille charge and typical all-in examples β€” so you know exactly what to expect before you commit.

Notary fees are prescribed by the First Schedule of the Notaries Public Rules and cannot be discounted β€” they're identical across every notary in Singapore. What differs between providers is speed, communication and how much of the process is handled for you.

Fees FAQs

Questions about notary costs

Because they're prescribed by law in the First Schedule of the Notaries Public Rules. Every appointed notary must charge the same regulated fee β€” so you should choose based on speed, service and how much of the process is handled for you, not price alone.

No. The S$87.20 apostille is a statutory charge paid to the Singapore Academy of Law. We arrange it for you and pass it on at cost, itemised clearly in your quote.

Certification of a true copy starts from S$5 for the first page where a seal isn't required, or from S$10 where a seal is required, with a small per-page charge after that. If the copy also needs a notarial certificate and apostille for overseas use, those are added β€” we'll give you the exact all-in figure.

Yes, but they're always transparent. A mobile visit carries a separate attendance fee based on your location and timing, and MFA or embassy legalisation for non-Hague countries is charged at cost. Everything is quoted before we begin.

Send us a photo of your document and the country it's for on WhatsApp. We'll confirm the number of signers, pages and the certification chain, then give you one fixed all-in price β€” usually within 30 minutes.
